In his article Evgeny Gontmakher speculates on the consequences of the current social reforms. In his view, the next President will inherit a totally deteriorated social system, which will come as a result of the current ill-developed solutions. Mr. Gontmakher severely criticizes the reform of the retirement system, the draft law on the mandatory health insurance, the growing gap between the social layers of the Russian society, corrupted officials, economic reforms of the early 2000s etc.
