INSOR and Baltic Forum Set up Center for Baltic Studies

The Institute of Contemporary Development (INSOR) signed an agreement today with the Baltic Forum that establishes the Center for Baltic Studies. The new center will focus on studying relations between Russia and the Baltic States for the purpose of providing recommendations to the governments of the respective countries on how to improve relations.

The discussion, lead by INSOR Chairman Igor Yurgens, touched on such issues as general economic reforms, the financial stability of the Russian economy, and the formation of the middle class in Russia, among others.

INSOR Establishes Youth Information Equality Program

On June 9th and 10th, a two-day training session was held by the Institute of Contemporary Development (INSOR) called the Youth Information Equality Program, which is designed to help young people acquire necessary life and career skills. Young men ages 14 to 20 from all over the Moscow area took part in the event. Representatives of non-profit organizations and youth groups lauded the project as a sorely-needed assistance for socially-vulnerable members of the local community. The project also works to develop new group trainers from all across the Moscow Region.

INSOR Experts Seek to Define Boundaries of the Middle Class
