On the Western obligations and potential for the financial support of Ukraine in view of the dynamics of the crisis. Besides preventing further escalation of the conflict all sides should at least long for easing tensions to make the economic development of the country a first priority.

Analysis of the slowing down of the global economy along with rising financial risks. New challenges reflect adaption to a new quality of interdependence.
