Among the discussion participants were Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in North Caucasus Federal District Yuri Oleinikov, Head of the Institute of Contemporary Development Igor Yurgens, President of the Center for Political Technologies Igor Bunin, members of the Scientific Council of the Carnegie Moscow Center Alexei Malashenko and Nikolai Petrov, Director for Social-Political Problems at Institute of Contemporary Development Boris Makarenko and other experts.
