INSOR Establishes Youth Information Equality Program

June 9, 2008

On June 9th and 10th, a two-day training session was held by the Institute of Contemporary Development (INSOR) called the Youth Information Equality Program, which is designed to help young people acquire necessary life and career skills. Young men ages 14 to 20 from all over the Moscow area took part in the event. Representatives of non-profit organizations and youth groups lauded the project as a sorely-needed assistance for socially-vulnerable members of the local community. The project also works to develop new group trainers from all across the Moscow Region. Trainers have been helping the young men to develop negotiation and conflict resolution skills, leadership and cooperative work skills, as well as honing their creative thinking abilities.
