Alexander Oslon is the President of the Public Opinion Foundation. He graduated from the Tula State Polytechnic Institute and holds a Doctor of Science degree.

For a long period of time Alexander Oslon was involved with computerized data analysis and the development of related applications. Since late 1980s, he has been working in the field of the public opinion research. Mr. Oslon was Deputy Director of the All-Union Center for Public Opinion Surveys (VCIOM) from 1990 to 1992. In 1992, he acted as one of the founders of the Public Opinion Foundation.
