Director of the Institute for International Economic and Political Studies at the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS).

Mr. Grinberg graduated from Moscow State University, holds a Ph.D. in Economics and is an associate member of the Russian Academy of Science.

Having worked at the Institute for International Economic and Political Studies (IIEPS) since 1981, Mr. Grinberg was named director of the institute in 2003. He is Chairman of the CIS Expert Council of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a member of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Economic Development, as well as the founder of the Russian-American Group for Economic Transformation.
